Network Software Engineer with C

CodiLime is a leading software and network engineering expert, partnering with global networking hardware providers and telecoms to build innovative products. We are currently seeking a skilled Network Software Engineer to join our team in developing software for modern networking platforms and containerized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and debug Board Support Package (BSP) and low-level software for high-performance networking devices.
• Research and define optimal implementation strategies for client requirements and technical ideas.
• Engage directly with client architects to gather requirements, clarify edge cases, and shape the future of testing tools.
• Utilize modern AI coding tools and LLMs as a primary workflow to rapidly generate, refactor, and expand test scripts.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C and Linux system/kernel programming, complemented by solid Python scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI and general hardware integration or bring-up processes.
• Experience with networking hardware, such as high-speed transceivers, network interfaces, or configuring ASICs, NPUs, and specialized switching silicon.
• Background in register-level programming and communication protocols including I2C, PCIe, SPI, and MDIO.
