Miratech is seeking a skilled Network Security Architect to lead the security architecture for a large-scale network consolidation program. You will be responsible for transforming fragmented legacy security postures into a standardized, scalable target-state architecture for a major telecommunications client.
Key responsibilities
- Define and document the target-state architecture, focusing on firewall rule consolidation, VRF-based macro-segmentation, and DDoS mitigation.
- Translate enterprise-level security requirements into actionable, site-level blueprints.
- Analyze and optimize legacy security policies by consolidating overlapping rules into standardized templates.
- Collaborate with client security teams to ensure design alignment with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
- Identify and resolve complex routing conflicts and IP subnet overlaps.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in enterprise Network Security Architecture, specifically with large-scale firewall migrations.
- Deep expertise in Zero Trust frameworks, VRF segmentation, and platforms like Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco.
- Proven ability to design and integrate DDoS mitigation and traffic scrubbing solutions.
- Strong skills in translating complex policies into reusable Low-Level Design templates.
- Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
