Network Operations Center (NOC) Level 3 Engineer

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Level 3 Engineer at emagine Polska plays a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the global enterprise network. You will act as the highest escalation point for complex network incidents, ensuring service availability and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Level 3 escalation point for critical network incidents and complex technical issues.
• Provide technical oversight of network operations by third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with standards and SLAs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across various infrastructures.
• Lead major incident restoration activities for rapid service recovery.
• Collaborate with lower-level teams to enhance operational efficiency and resolve recurring issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network operations or engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN and Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Proven knowledge of BGP routing protocols and Cisco Catalyst technologies.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, network security, and high-availability architectures.
