Network & Hardware AI Validation Engineer

CodiLime is a software and network engineering expert partnering with global networking hardware providers and telecoms. We are looking for a Network & Hardware AI Validation Engineer to join our team, bridging the gap between complex physical hardware and high-velocity, AI-driven development.

Key responsibilities

• Research and define the best implementation strategies for client requirements and technical ideas.
• Engage directly with client architects and end-users to gather requirements and clarify edge cases.
• Develop and maintain a Python-based validation framework designed to test low-level SDK APIs.
• Utilize modern AI coding tools as your primary workflow to rapidly generate, refactor, and expand test scripts.

Requirements

• Practical experience in Python development or scripting for test automation.
• Hands-on experience working with physical hardware, router platforms, CLIs, and network interfaces.
• Strong understanding of L2/L3 networking concepts, IP routing, and common protocols such as VLANs, BGP, and OSPF.
• Active daily use of AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, or LLMs to write, debug, and deliver code efficiently.
• Fluent English skills for direct communication with international client architects and end-users.
