NetSuite Team Lead

Andersen is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Team Lead to spearhead the migration and optimization of a complex NetSuite ERP platform. You will play a pivotal role in driving system improvements, defining architectural strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated business solutions for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall NetSuite solution architecture and make critical design decisions.
• Define the migration approach and validate strategies for a smooth transition.
• Review existing configurations, workflows, and scripts to identify opportunities for utilizing out-of-the-box NetSuite capabilities.
• Lead functional walkthroughs and gap analysis sessions with key stakeholders.
• Provide expert architectural guidance for integrations, data migration, and complex business processes.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in NetSuite implementations.
• Proven track record as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite OneWorld and ERP discovery processes.
• Deep understanding of business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
