What You’ll Do

Client Engagement & Solution Leadership

• Lead client workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements—particularly in finance and accounting.
• Translate business needs into scalable, efficient NetSuite solutions that follow best practices.
• Serve as the primary solution architect across multiple projects, ensuring both technical excellence and business alignment.
• Partner with CFOs, finance leaders, and key stakeholders to design end-to-end process flows.

Architecture & Delivery

• Design, configure, and oversee implementation of NetSuite modules (Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.).
• Create architecture blueprints, integration designs, and data migration strategies.
• Ensure adherence to NetSuite best practices, system performance, and scalability standards.
• Lead solution validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing with client teams.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and lead a team of NetSuite functional and technical consultants.
• Define delivery methodologies, project standards, and review frameworks.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting with at least 7 years in NetSuite architecture and implementation.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Consolidations, Revenue Recognition, etc.).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations and managing large cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules, workflows, scripts, integrations, and data migration techniques.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to engage both C-suite executives and technical teams.
• Experience in client-facing roles within a consulting or professional services environment.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical designs into clear business outcomes.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, including mentoring and coaching.

Qualifications

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or NetSuite Administrator/Developer certifications.
• Exposure to other ERP systems or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Celigo, Workato) a plus.
• Prior experience working in a consulting firm.
• Understanding of multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global NetSuite deployments.
