.NET WinForms Developer

CSHARK is looking for an experienced .NET WinForms Developer to join our frontend engineering team. This role focuses on crafting fast, responsive, and custom-rendered desktop UI for high-performance, real-time trading applications used by professional traders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize custom WinForms controls such as charts, grids, and interactive visualization components.
• Work with continuous real-time data streams to ensure ultra-responsive UI performance under heavy load.
• Ensure smooth multi-threaded UI updates without blocking or freezing the application.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to maintain low-latency TCP/socket communication.
• Profile, debug, and tune rendering performance, including GC pressure, paint cost, and flicker control.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing desktop applications in C#/.NET.
• Strong expertise in Windows Forms and proven experience building custom UI controls from scratch.
• Deep understanding of multi-threaded UI applications and UI performance optimization techniques.
• Practical experience working with TCP/socket-based communication and real-time data streams.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2+ level).
