.NET Technical Lead

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together to help organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. We are looking for a .NET Technical Lead to join the team responsible for the engineering foundation of our platform, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our core services and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions and develop prototypes in collaboration with the team.
• Monitor and optimize development processes to ensure high efficiency and quality standards.
• Facilitate team meetings, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
• Execute complex development tasks, provide technical consultations, and engage in pair programming.
• Oversee incident resolution processes and ensure adherence to SLA requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional programming experience with a strong focus on .NET.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining web applications.
• Deep knowledge of OOP, C#, .NET, EntityFramework, WebAPI, ASP.NET Core, and testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher for effective communication.
