.NET Software Developer

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is currently seeking an experienced .NET Software Developer to join a long-term project supporting a major European Union organization. This is a fully remote role focused on delivering high-quality enterprise-level software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex enterprise systems, including data, business logic, and UI layers.
• Lead development teams and set software development standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and prototypes.
• Optimize software performance, security, and quality while producing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Manage configuration, releases, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing enterprise-level software systems, with at least 2 years of work on mission-critical projects such as asset, human resources, or financial management.
• Expertise in designing applications using UML and a deep understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead technical teams and effectively document complex technical solutions.
• Experience working within Scrum development methodologies and strong problem-solving skills.
• Possession of at least one internationally recognized intermediate-level software development certification.
