.NET Developer

ScaleTech is currently seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join a fast-growing company operating within the identity verification and compliance sector. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact product while working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend logic for the core verification product in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure the development of a reliable and scalable system.
• Write clean, testable, and reusable code that meets high industry standards.
• Work against a clear roadmap and defined acceptance criteria, taking full ownership of your assigned tasks and areas of responsibility.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience working with .NET and .NET Core technologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high productivity.
• Strong proficiency in English, enabling effective communication within a distributed team.
• An open-minded and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team interaction.
