.Net Backend Developer

Darize 7N is looking for an experienced .NET Backend Developer to lead the integration of our ATS, Teamtailor, into our internal ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end development of event-driven flows, connecting our systems with Dynamics-based CRM and AgentHub, while leveraging AI tools to enhance automation and system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evolve integrations between Teamtailor and our Azure-based Kubernetes infrastructure using .NET.
• Design reliable, secure-by-default systems utilizing webhooks, REST APIs, and Azure Event Hubs.
• Propose and implement AI-driven solutions for data enrichment and process automation.
• Collaborate with architects on technical decisions and maintain high standards for system reliability, monitoring, and tracing.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design to ensure system alignment with recruitment and matching workflows.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of backend experience building distributed systems in .NET and Azure.
• Strong architectural judgment and hands-on experience with event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into production systems or a strong aptitude for learning new AI tools.
• Deep understanding of system reliability, scalability, and production monitoring.
• Fluent English and the ability to thrive in a self-directed, collaborative team environment.
