.Net Backend Developer

7N is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team focused on building and evolving ATS products. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about AI-assisted software engineering and wants to act as an advocate for integrating AI tools into daily architectural and development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to accelerate architecture exploration, prototyping, and boilerplate creation.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code, particularly for distributed systems and edge cases.
• Design and evolve modular monoliths and microservices using event-driven architectures.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to align system architecture with real business processes.
• Ensure production readiness through observability and proactive ownership of incidents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building backend and distributed systems.
• Strong architectural mindset combined with hands-on engineering expertise.
• Fluent English skills with the ability to discuss complex technical topics.
• Active experience coding with AI tools and a belief in their role in the future of software engineering.
• Deep understanding of system reliability, scalability, and failure modes.
