.NET Back-End Developer with Copilot Studio

MW Consulting is seeking an experienced .NET Back-End Developer to join a project for Avanade Poland. In this fully remote role, you will design and build secure, scalable backend applications and services while extending Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to meet complex business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable backend services using C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure.
• Build and integrate REST APIs to support Copilot Studio agents.
• Develop agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, and knowledge sources.
• Extend agent functionality with custom connectors and Model Context Protocol servers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and manage deployments via Power Platform ALM.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development with .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio in commercial or internal projects.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Service, and Key Vault.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, relational databases, and securing APIs using Entra ID and OAuth 2.0.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, Power Platform, and responsible AI practices.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher for daily communication.
