Negotiations Escalations (Legal) Specialist - Remote

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and paralegals to negotiate delinquent accounts and cease legal action.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, including those with active lawsuits or imminent legal threats.
• Review and interpret legal documents such as summons, complaints, and settlement demands to develop effective negotiation strategies.
• Secure favorable terms for clients, including reduced balances, extended payment timelines, or lump-sum discounts.
• Handle daily outbound and inbound calls while meeting monthly settlement and compliance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and KPI-focused environment.
