[NCL] Senior Delivery Manager

Software Mind is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to orchestrate the delivery of property intelligence software solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams through technology modernization and AI adoption initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing customer stakeholders and project portfolio roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technical constraints.
• Planning and managing team composition and resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal capacity.
• Overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while implementing effective change management.
• Building a healthy team culture through coaching, mentorship, and protecting the team from distractors.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager for software development projects.
• Proven track record of managing distributed software development projects from end to end.
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in budget management and margin ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Fluent English (C1 level) in both written and spoken communication.
