For our client we are looking for Technical Program Manager.

Client is the emerging leader in the $100B+ cloud communications platform market. Customers like Airbnb, Viber, Whatsapp, Snapchat, and many others depend on our APIs and SDKs to connect with their customers all over the world. As businesses continue to shift to a real-time, customer-centric communications model, client is experiencing a time of impressive growth.

This role is critical to driving cross-functional initiatives that improve the way our 500+ engineers and 40+ software development teams deliver software. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and platform teams to define, coordinate, and execute programs that enhance developer efficiency, enable platform adoption, and scale best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional engineering productivity initiatives from concept to adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with 40+ software development teams, product management, and platform engineering to identify bottlenecks, gather requirements, and deliver impactful improvements.
• Process & Tooling: Drive adoption of development platforms, tools and metrics that improve quality, velocity, and stability.
• Change Management: Guide teams through process and tool changes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
• Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs (velocity, stability, quality, security, value) to measure success and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between engineering leadership and development teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and feedback loops.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, promote engineering best practices, and help foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Wymagania stanowiska

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role in a large-scale software engineering organization.
• Strong track record of delivering cross-functional programs in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native environments).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse teams.

Desirable:

• Experience in engineering productivity, platform engineering, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks such as DORA.
• Background working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• Technical proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS and Kubernetes.
