<p>We are looking for a <strong>Power BI Developer</strong> to create and optimize reporting solutions, turning data into clear, business-ready insights that support decision-making across teams.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Build and improve interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI</li>
    <li>Work with business teams to understand needs and deliver solutions</li>
    <li>Develop efficient data models and DAX measures</li>
    <li>Ensure report quality, consistency, and security</li>
    <li>Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud)</li>
    <li>Support users with training and troubleshooting</li>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
    <li>3+ years of Power BI experience</li>
    <li>Strong DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling skills</li>
    <li>Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouses</li>
    <li>SQL experience; cloud services (e.g., Azure) a plus</li>
    <li>Strong communication skills and English proficiency</li>
