[MSO] Project Manager

Software Mind is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead infrastructure and IT operations projects for enterprise clients across Western Europe. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver complex solutions, including cloud migrations, automation, and observability, while ensuring high standards of quality and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and responsibility matrices.
• Control project scope, identify changes, and assess their impact on commercial and schedule goals.
• Lead project teams in collaboration with solution architects and technical leads to manage capacity and delivery.
• Facilitate steering committees, manage client expectations, and coordinate with production teams for successful project handovers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations.
• Proven experience in delivering projects involving operations automation, virtualization, or public cloud migrations.
• Strong background in fixed-price delivery, including scope control and accountability for project margins.
• Ability to communicate effectively with enterprise-level stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with a strong command of English at a C1 level for documentation and negotiation.
