[MSO] Project Manager - Infrastructure and IT Operations

Software Mind is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead infrastructure and IT operations projects for enterprise clients across Western Europe. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver complex solutions, including automation, cloud migrations, and private cloud builds, ensuring high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure and IT operations projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality control.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk registers, responsibility matrices, and status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Lead steering committees and manage client expectations while coordinating delivery with change and release management teams.
• Control project scope and manage change requests, assessing commercial and schedule impacts effectively.
• Oversee the transition of delivered environments into managed service operations, ensuring defined service levels are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations.
• Proven experience delivering projects in areas such as operations automation, virtualization, or public cloud migrations.
• Strong background in fixed-price delivery, including scope control and accountability for project margins.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and management-level stakeholders, with C1 English proficiency.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
