MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader (m/f/n)

Currently, for one of our Partners, we are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader (m/f/n) to support a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout project.

The project focuses on the deployment of a global core model of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across 23 countries. The role includes supporting deployment activities across South America, Europe, and Asia.

Scope of duties:

• Lead and manage the Sales & Purchases functional stream within a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O deployment program.

• Coordinate and support the Sales & Purchases functional team across rollout activities in multiple regions.

• Validate the functional skills and experience of Sales & Purchases consultants before onboarding.

• Onboard, mentor, and coordinate Sales & Purchases functional consultants.

• Oversee end-to-end project phases, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare.

• Coordinate cooperation between Sales & Purchases and other project streams, including Finance, Manufacturing, data migration, and development teams.

• Work closely with client’s local Sales & Purchases teams and the central integration team.

• Ensure proper adaptation and adoption of the global core model across local business teams.

• Manage stakeholders on both client and internal sides, providing clear direction and managing expectations.

• Review and ensure the quality of functional deliverables, including functional designs, configuration setups, and test scenarios.

• Identify project risks, define mitigation actions, and support decision-making with recommended solutions.

• Lead Sales & Purchases workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders and support alignment between business needs and Core Model standards.

• Support project activities requiring travel, including Site Readiness Assessment, Conference Room Pilot sessions, training, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchase modules experience: at least 7 years.

• Sales / Order-to-Cash process experience: at least 7 years.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, including customer master data management, sales order processing, shipment processes, credit management, order fulfillment, and billing.

• Experience in pricing and discount structure optimization.

• Knowledge of tax and invoicing compliance within Sales processes.

• Ability to align Sales processes with business requirements and Core Model standards.

• Purchases / Source-to-Pay process experience: at least 7 years.

• Expertise in end-to-end S2P processes, including purchase requisitioning, purchase order management, invoice processing, and payment execution.

• Knowledge of procurement controls and compliance.

• Experience in designing efficient approval workflows.

• Experience with vendor collaboration and integration.

• Understanding of integration patterns, including API, EDI, and middleware.

• Experience working with technical teams on data mapping and interface validation.

• International ERP rollouts and core model deployments experience: at least 10 years.

• Data migration experience, including data extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation: at least 8 years.

• Experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare activities.

• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Experience in reviewing functional deliverables, including functional designs, configuration setups, and test scenarios.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including cooperation with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.

• Experience in leading workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Fluent English.

• Strong leadership skills, autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to communicate in a calm and structured way.

Nice to have:

• Experience in large-scale D365 F&O transformation programs across multiple regions.

• Previous experience as a Functional Stream Leader, Functional Lead, or Stream Lead.

• Experience supporting Site Readiness Assessment, Conference Room Pilot, training, go-live, and hypercare phases.

• Experience working in international, multicultural project environments.
