MS D365 Technical Developer (CRM Sales)

We are looking for an experienced MS D365 Technical Developer to join a global Nordic company on an exciting international transformation project.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, where you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance scalable CRM solutions supporting global operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications.

• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows.

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM Sales solutions.

• Build integrations using Web API, Azure Functions, and Power Platform technologies.

• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support testing, deployments, releases, and ongoing platform maintenance.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Developer.

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Sales.

• C#

• TypeScript

• Power Platform

• Power Automate

• Power Platform Dataflows

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using Web APIs and Azure Functions.

• Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
