Novo is currently seeking individuals interested in pursuing ministry within our Movement Division. This initial phase serves as a discernment process to evaluate ministry preparedness and alignment with our organizational mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an initial application detailing your personal spiritual journey and motivations for joining our ministry.
• Participate in the formal discernment process to assess your fit for vocational ministry roles.
• Provide comprehensive background information to help our leadership team understand your unique story and calling.
• Engage with assessment tools designed to measure behavioral patterns and spiritual gifts.

• A clear sense of calling toward vocational ministry and alignment with the mission of Novo.
• Willingness to undergo a structured evaluation process including life history documentation.
• Ability to complete the initial application process in a single session as required by our system.
• Openness to self-reflection and assessment regarding your spiritual and behavioral development.
