As a Mortgage Processor, you will play a critical role in helping families turn their renovation plans into reality by managing a pipeline of loans with precision and urgency.

Key responsibilities

• Review new loan submissions for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documentation is received.
• Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, and contractors to gather missing items and resolve conditions.
• Prepare files for underwriting by verifying income, assets, liabilities, credit, and property documentation.
• Manage an active pipeline, tracking milestones and ensuring all timelines are met or exceeded.
• Maintain detailed notes in the loan origination system to ensure visibility for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of mortgage processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agency, Non-QM, Portfolio, FHA, VA, and renovation loan products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and strong verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
