Mockup Design Team Manager (remote within Europe)

FYUL is seeking a Mockup Design Team Manager to lead the evolution of our e-commerce visual asset production. In this role, you will manage three Design Team Leads and a team of thirteen 3D designers, bridging the gap between 3D asset creation and our platform's broader growth strategy to deliver high-converting visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize production workflows and introduce smart automations to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Align design operations with merchant success by translating user feedback and e-commerce trends into high-quality visual assets.
• Guide the team in adopting practical AI tools to enhance daily productivity and creative output.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to maximize the ROI of visual asset creation.
• Mentor and coach team leads to foster a high-performing, collaborative creative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and developing technical, creative, or 3D design teams.
• Strong background in e-commerce, SaaS, or platform environments with an understanding of scaling product ecosystems.
• A proactive mindset focused on workflow automation and process improvement.
• Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their practical application in design workflows.
• Ability to utilize operational metrics and data to make informed resource allocation decisions.
