Mobility Specialist - EMEA

Remote is a global organization dedicated to simplifying international employment and compliance. We are looking for a Mobility Specialist to join our EMEA team and help us manage seamless transitions for employees across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding immigration compliance and service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain immigration procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Proactively improve internal processes through automation and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in global mobility or immigration compliance.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high performance under pressure.
• Demonstrated automation and AI fluency to enhance operational efficiency.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
