Mobile Product Manager

AgileEngine is seeking a dedicated Mobile Product Manager to oversee product delivery and optimize the user experience for a fitness mobile application. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing onboarding processes, subscription conversions, and overall user retention by bridging the gap between executive strategy and technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog by translating strategic goals into actionable user stories and initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers and engineering teams to simplify complex product flows and execute feature rollouts.
• Optimize the user acquisition funnel, reduce onboarding friction, and improve trial-to-paid conversion mechanics.
• Lead Agile execution to ensure continuous, high-quality product iterations and maintain app stability.
• Implement robust event tracking and analytics to monitor product performance and data quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on intuitive UI/UX design.
• Proven ability to act as an autonomous contributor capable of managing product delivery across the full app scope.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Linear, or Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create structured PRDs and manage asynchronous workflows across time zones.
• Availability to work until 8:00 PM Ukraine time and an upper-intermediate level of English.
