Mobile Fullstack Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Fullstack Team Leader to join our engineering team and help build next-generation financial applications that simplify money management and digital banking.

Key responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary squads including Backend, Mobile, QA, and Product teams.
• Taking full end-to-end ownership of core financial domains and product delivery.
• Defining strategic roadmaps and ensuring their successful execution.
• Driving engineering excellence through mentorship and the adoption of modern development practices.
• Managing the full lifecycle of mission-critical financial systems from concept to production.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on high-scale FinTech systems.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern mobile development using Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development, including Generative AI tools and Spec-Driven Development methodologies.
