[MMS] Cloud Engineer (GCP/Azure Managed Services)

Software Mind is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our managed services team, focusing on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of cloud infrastructure for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support GCP and Azure environments for managed services clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Manage cloud resources including Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Azure VMs, and App Services.
• Configure and maintain networking components such as VPCs, VPN Gateways, and Private Endpoints.
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure core services.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals, including IAM, RBAC, and Azure Policy.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues independently.
• Good communication skills in English to effectively work in a client-facing environment.
