About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MLOps Deployment Specialist who will join a strategic project for our client, focused on consolidating and standardizing the MLOps ecosystem. In this role, you will support the deployment of machine learning models from a centralized model registry into multiple production environments, driving automation, scalability, and operational excellence across the ML lifecycle.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and document robust deployment pipelines for machine learning models stored in a consolidated model registry.

• Integrate model deployment processes with target environments such as Orbital Pipelines, Kubeflow, and KServe.

• Develop wrappers, SDK extensions, and deployment templates to support various ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Collaborate with MLOps teams and stakeholders to establish standards for model serving, monitoring, endpoint health checks, and operational best practices.

• Troubleshoot deployment, packaging, performance, and compatibility issues across diverse ML serving environments.

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms, preferably Kubernetes.

• Proven expertise in building and maintaining production-grade model serving solutions using REST APIs and/or gRPC.

• Advanced Python programming skills with practical experience in automation and deployment workflows.

• Hands-on experience working with model registries, preferably Weights & Biases (W&B).

• Nice to have: experience with Kubeflow, KServe, Dagster, CI/CD tools, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
