ML/AI Engineer

YourITeams is looking for an experienced ML/AI Engineer to join a team delivering production-grade artificial intelligence solutions for a major insurance company. This role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of AI capabilities, requiring a strong balance of machine learning development, systems architecture, and integration expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ML/AI models in a production environment.
• Train models from scratch and perform fine-tuning of pre-trained models.
• Deploy and scale AI solutions using AWS services like SageMaker, Bedrock, and container orchestration on ECS/EKS.
• Integrate models and systems with the existing ecosystem via APIs, REST, and microservices.
• Ensure code quality and apply MLOps practices such as model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD for ML.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working on ML/AI projects in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and practical knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven experience in IT solution design and familiarity with software design patterns.
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud services including SageMaker, Bedrock, and ECS/EKS.
• Familiarity with Java Spring Boot, microservice development, and database systems.
