ML/AI Engineer

Svitla Systems is seeking a skilled ML/AI Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting a leading provider of ESG performance and risk management software. You will work on advanced projects for a global client base, focusing on delivering high-quality AI solutions within the supply chain risk management domain.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready GenAI and ML features, focusing on latency, cost efficiency, and system trustworthiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to deploy AI solutions.
• Build and maintain reliable LLM systems, including RAG and multi-agent workflows.
• Manage model evaluation, rollout, A/B testing, and versioning to ensure high performance.
• Operate and monitor AI/ML systems in production, tracking quality metrics and drift.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience delivering production AI/ML systems with strong Python and SQL skills.
• Proven track record in building and deploying LLM applications, including RAG, vector search, and embeddings.
• Experience with model training and evaluation using PyTorch or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in cloud deployment on AWS or Azure, including security, scalability, and API design.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as PydanticAI and LangGraph.
