ML Engineer in the EU

Andersen is a global software development company with over 19 years of experience, currently seeking an experienced ML Engineer to join our international team. You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying scalable machine learning models to support innovative digital solutions for our diverse range of enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models including supervised, unsupervised, and NLP approaches.
• Building scalable data and ML pipelines using modern cloud-based tools.
• Deploying models for production environments using batch or real-time inference.
• Monitoring and maintaining model performance, data quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Documenting ML workflows to ensure reproducibility and high standards of code quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proven experience with AWS SageMaker and familiarity with AWS Bedrock for generative models.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data preprocessing, and MLOps practices.
• Upper-Intermediate English and Intermediate German language proficiency.
