Migration Technical Architect (PLM)

B3 Consulting Poland is looking for a Migration Technical Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining migration strategies and technical approaches within the Teamcenter ecosystem for our international clients, acting as the primary technical authority for migration architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Defining migration strategies, roadmaps, and technical approaches for data migration within the Teamcenter ecosystem.
• Designing data migration, integration, and transformation solutions while acting as the technical authority.
• Conducting discovery workshops, assessing source-system landscapes, and preparing technical proposals and estimates.
• Defining migration tooling, automation, and governance processes to ensure high-quality standards.
• Guiding technical consultants and migration teams during the implementation phase and developing migration assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing data migration architecture, strategy, and integration architecture.
• Extensive experience in Teamcenter or PLM migration projects, including data mapping, profiling, and validation.
• Strong knowledge of migration tooling, automation, project delivery methodologies, and quality management.
• Experience in facilitating customer workshops, solution estimation, and stakeholder management.
• Very good command of English and citizenship of an EU member state.
