Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer for our clientto join an exciting project. Our client is a global IT company with Ukrainian roots. Create innovative solutions and consult global market leaders.

They operate in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Germany, the UK, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Singapore, and India.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs and web services.

• Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management (network devices, servers, databases, cloud environments).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Familiar with ITIL processes and best practices for ITOM and CMDB.

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Mapping or Discovery (preferred).

What You Will Do

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules (Service Mapping, Event Management, Discovery) to meet client-specific needs.

• Act as the subject matter expert for ITOM processes and best practices, guiding clients and project teams.

• Work on CMDB governance and data quality.
