Mid/Senior AI Engineer

TensorOps is a boutique AI consultancy that bridges strategy and execution, designing and shipping production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing unicorns. We are looking for a Mid/Senior AI Engineer to contribute to our technical direction and help mentor our growing team of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production ML and LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning for enterprise clients.
• Own technical delivery end-to-end, covering everything from initial architecture and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Work directly with client engineering and product teams to translate complex business needs into scoped, shippable technical solutions.
• Mentor and support other ML engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and active knowledge sharing.
• Help shape internal best practices, tooling, and technical standards as the company continues to scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering for mid-level, or 5+ years for senior-level roles.
• Strong hands-on skills in Python, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and well-documented production-quality code.
• Proven experience designing, training, optimizing, and deploying ML models independently using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience building GenAI and LLM systems, including RAG pipelines and applications using tools such as LangChain.
• Familiarity with MLOps and production practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Experience deploying and scaling ML systems on major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
