Middle Tech Support / Junior DevOps specialist

DataArt is seeking a Middle Tech Support / Junior DevOps specialist to join a large-scale infrastructure project focused on maintaining high-availability environments. You will work within a cross-functional team to automate operational processes and ensure stable service delivery across cloud and on-premises platforms, operating in a rotating 12-hour shift system consisting of three working days followed by three days off.

Key responsibilities

• Control, monitor, and automate infrastructure systems across multiple environments.
• Support the deployment, maintenance, and operation of server infrastructure.
• Configure and administer Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot web services and database platforms including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and investigate technical issues related to servers, networks, and services.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Experience configuring and supporting web servers like Apache, Nginx, or IIS.
• Practical knowledge of cloud environments in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems like Git, and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
