Middle Support Engineer (Node.js)

MasterBorn is looking for a dedicated Middle Support Engineer to join our team of top performers. You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our US-based clients, focusing on debugging and maintaining scalable web applications within a 14:00–22:00 CET/CEST time frame.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide high-quality technical support during afternoon and evening hours.
• Review error tracking tools, infrastructure, and third-party connections to debug and resolve complex problems.
• Prioritize incoming bugs and requests while maintaining clear, readable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improve product performance.
• Document delivered solutions and contribute to the company knowledge base to ensure long-term project success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience working with Node.js and related backend frameworks like Express.js.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including experience with ORM or query builder tools.
• Solid understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, CloudWatch, SQS, and Cognito for application debugging.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level) for direct client communication and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to clean code and best practices.
