MIddle Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Middle Project Manager to join our growing team of 2,200 professionals and contribute to our ongoing success in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle software development projects for international clients, collaborating directly with stakeholders.
• Serve as a member of an Agile Scrum team, ensuring the timely delivery of project tasks with a focus on quality.
• Lead and support the development team by applying Agile methodologies and industry best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance, manage KPIs, and take ownership of project release planning.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management tools like Jira and Confluence, and experience leading Agile events.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, with 1–2 years of experience in IT project management.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
