Middle Product Owner

MasterBorn is a dynamic software development company that builds high-quality digital products for clients worldwide. We are looking for a growth-minded Middle Product Owner to join our team and help deliver exceptional value to our partners in sectors like Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted product partner to the client, translating business goals into clear product direction and actionable decisions.
• Manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring all features are aligned with measurable business and user outcomes.
• Prepare clear requirements for the development team and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and engineers.
• Proactively identify product opportunities, risks, and gaps, providing strategic recommendations to clients.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive clear decision-making, especially in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst for SaaS products or managing external clients in a SaaS context.
• Proven experience working within Agile project environments.
• Excellent command of both Polish and English (minimum C1 level) to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex ideas and visualize product flows.
• Ability to constructively challenge requests and recommend alternative solutions to maximize business value.
