Middle Procurement Specialist (6 month contract)

GR8 Tech builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead, delivering full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale. We are looking for a Middle Procurement Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract to maximize value and minimize friction across our spend categories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cost-saving initiatives through aggressive vendor negotiations, volume consolidation, and license optimization.
• Translate internal stakeholder requests into clear procurement requirements and lead RFQ/RFP processes.
• Own the complete purchase lifecycle, including vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec teams to resolve contract bottlenecks and maintain policy compliance.
• Manage tracking, subscription renewals, and administrative records across 1C ERP and Jira systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on procurement experience managing indirect categories end-to-end.
• Proven track record of independently negotiating favorable commercial terms, pricing, and SLA structures.
• Strong working knowledge of 1C ERP, Jira, and advanced Google Sheets for data modeling.
• Practical understanding of commercial contract terms and cross-functional sign-off workflows.
• Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian language skills.
