Middle Legal Counsel | Head Office

Boosta is a dynamic holding tech company that creates, develops, and invests in digital businesses with global potential. We are currently seeking a Middle Legal Counsel to join our team and provide comprehensive legal support for our fast-moving digital subscription products and IT projects across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for subscription-based projects, from initial business model review to ongoing operational compliance.
• Manage privacy and consumer-protection compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, and ePrivacy regulations, while maintaining consent flows and cookie taxonomies.
• Lead App Store and Google Play compliance, including submission reviews, IAP rules, and handling platform feedback.
• Govern advertising-platform compliance across major networks like Google, Meta, and TikTok by pre-clearing creatives and managing policy enforcement.
• Approve consumer disclosures, including trial and auto-renewal terms, refund policies, and promotional claims to ensure transparency and legal accuracy.
• Establish first-line controls for new projects, including checklists and monitoring dashboards, and lead root-cause analysis for legal incidents.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in tech or digital business law, ideally within subscription-based models or IT startups.
• Strong proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, SaaS licenses, and NDAs.
• Solid knowledge of privacy frameworks, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA, along with experience in DPA negotiations.
• Experience supporting KYC/KYB procedures and coordinating corporate documentation for banks and payment providers.
• Excellent command of Legal English, enabling clear and practical drafting for international stakeholders.
