Middle DevOps/SRE Engineer

Faria Education Group is a leader in international education systems, providing an integrated suite of software solutions to over 10,000 schools globally. We are looking for a Middle DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our distributed team and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our multi-cloud production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and improve production infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure management using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactively enhance system stability and security to prevent incidents before they occur.
• Respond to incidents within defined SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolutions.
• Support developers with infrastructure-related queries and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles with hands-on AWS expertise.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services, Azure infrastructure, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python, combined with Linux administration knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to incident management.
