Middle DevOps Engineer

Crystal Intelligence is seeking a skilled Middle DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team. In this fully remote role, you will manage a diverse range of services, primarily running on Kubernetes, while supporting our software development and QA teams to ensure robust infrastructure performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and build projects and hybrid infrastructure while maintaining internal services.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring systems and log management tools.
• Build and deploy environments, including driving bare-metal deployments.
• Improve current infrastructure and perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Drive performance and integration testing to ensure high system reliability.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of continuous experience in DevOps or IT system administration.
• Strong practical experience with Unix/Linux server administration and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Proficiency in cloud-based DevOps practices, including Terraform, IaC, and PaC.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD implementation.
• Advanced networking knowledge, including firewalls, VPN tunnels, and routing.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and CIS benchmarks.
