Middle Data Analyst

Growe is looking for a skilled Middle Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will play a key role in transforming complex business needs into actionable insights, helping us optimize performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytical questions, metrics, and data-driven solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of revenue performance, customer behavior, funnels, retention, churn, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reliable, reusable data models and datasets using SQL and dbt.
• Build and improve Tableau dashboards that enable effective performance monitoring and business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating calculations, investigating discrepancies, and monitoring data quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and building automated reporting.
• Solid understanding of business metrics, data validation, and analytical methodologies.
• At least an intermediate level of English, both spoken and written.
