Mid QA Engineer

Green Minds is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring product excellence by combining manual testing expertise with advanced automated testing frameworks, while leveraging modern AI-driven practices within an international financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans while writing automated test scripts using BDD practices.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable test frameworks tailored for agile development cycles.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through rigorous regression and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes into CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Proven track record in international projects within the FinTech or banking sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Strong experience working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps.
• Fluent command of both Polish (C1/Native) and English (C1 minimum).
• ISTQB certification (Foundation level or higher).
