Mid Product Designer (UX/UI · Mobile)

Future Mind is looking for a Mid Product Designer to join our senior-heavy, 30-person design team. You will work on consumer mobile products for recognizable brands, utilizing an AI-driven workflow to own and iterate on live products in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-craft native iOS and Android mobile applications with clean developer hand-offs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product features, ensuring clear communication with clients.
• Work at a product pace, utilizing A/B testing and frequent releases to iterate effectively.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude and Figma MCP into your daily design workflow.
• Collaborate within mature design systems to scale quality and maintain consistency.

Requirements

• Solid commercial experience with shipped products, including long-term ownership.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables.
• Hands-on experience with native mobile platform guidelines and design patterns.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in both Polish and English.
• A proactive approach to flagging issues and managing tasks asynchronously.
