We are currently seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to join our INFUSE Academy team, where you will craft impactful, modern learning experiences for adult professionals by blending evidence-based design with cutting-edge generative AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design effective, learner-centric blended learning programs that align with business objectives.
• Apply principles of andragogy to create engaging, story-driven e-learning modules, virtual training, and practical on-the-job activities.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including the design and deployment of custom GPTs, to enhance and personalize the learning experience.
• Manage project timelines and communication workflows to ensure the successful and timely execution of global learning initiatives.
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and high relevance of content across all digital delivery modes.

Requirements

• Proven background in instructional design with a strong focus on AI implementation and modern e-learning methodologies.
• Deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Large Language Models like GPT-4.
• Ability to prototype and configure custom AI tools to solve complex learning challenges.
