As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial sector dedicated to transforming the industry with innovative solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive documentation to guide project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize project scope.
• Manage and facilitate Agile workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow improvement, and regulatory document generation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including PRIIPs and KID documentation.
• Participate actively in project migrations, transformation, and integration initiatives.
• Work independently to oversee business processes and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
• Communicate clearly with technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, product development, or process management within the financial sector.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, documentation, and project management.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluent in Polish (good command) and English (fluent), with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, proactively managing your responsibilities.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of PRIIPs and KID documentation.
• Experience with investment, treasury, or capital markets products.
• Background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance processes in banking.
• Familiarity with tools like Capmatix, LPA, and automation workflows.
• Experience working with external suppliers and project migrations.

Language Required for the role:
Polish (good command), English (fluent).
