Mid Android Engineer

Appliscale is looking for a skilled Mid Android Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on developing and delivering high-quality mobile applications for European B2B and B2C clients. You will play a key role in designing software architecture and ensuring the performance of production-grade applications.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and delivering robust Android applications for diverse clients.
• Designing software architecture for mobile apps and their backend integrations.
• Improving dependency injection and threading concepts within the codebase.
• Maintaining production applications and monitoring their performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams during sprint planning and feature grooming.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in building Android applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Solid hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and architectural problem-solving.
• Proficiency in OO design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
