About the project:

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer (Mid+) with a strong backend background in Python and hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, who will design and develop production-grade AI applications with real business impact.

We offer

• Location: 100% remote work
• Cooperation model: B2B
• Rate: from 130 PLN/h to 170 PLN/h net + VAT
• Start: ASAP or to be agreed
• Workload: full-time
• Project duration: long-term

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing Python backend for AI applications
• Integrating LLMs and GenAI solutions (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face) with web applications
• Building and developing RESTful APIs (FastAPI)
• Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Working with embeddings and semantic search
• Integrating and using vector databases
• Creating and maintaining microservices in a production environment
• Building and maintaining data pipelines
• Collaborating with DevOps teams on deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Ensuring quality, performance, and security of AI solutions
• Close collaboration with product and business teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with Python
• Experience in production use of LLMs / Generative AI
• Participation in building at least 2–3 LLM-based solutions from scratch and maintaining them
• Very good knowledge of backend development
• Experience working with microservices architecture
• English level: B2

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX
